Daging stew kicap daun kari

My own simple recipe. hehhe For us, rasanya sedap... Alhamdulillah, this is our lunch for today.

Bahan (maaf yer, tak dapat nak estimate berapa banyak barang guna, sebab main campak dan rasa) *so buat la secukup2 rasa:

1. Daging kambing (kalau nak tukar ke daging ayam or lembu, boleh aje),
2. daun kari,
3. bawang putih,
4. bawang merah,
5. serbuk lada,
6. serbuk lada hitam,
7. kicap masin,
8. sos tiram
9. gula 
10. dan minyak untuk menumis

Cara-cara:

1. Taruk minyak sikit (takyah banyak2 sebab daging ada minyak lebih,hehe),
2. Tumiskan bawang putih dan bawang besar sehingga layu dan kekuningan
3. Masukkan daging, masak seketika bersama bawang tumis,
4. Masukkan kicap masin secukupnya, sesuai dengan daging , dan ikut citarasa nak kuah banyak mana,
5. Masukkan sos tiram (1-2 sudu besar), 
6. Masukkan serbuk lada dan serbuk lada hitam (secukupnya, dalam 1sudu kecik je),
7. Masukkan air,
8. Masukkan daun kari (2 tangkai),
9. Masukkan secubit gula, tak yah banyak2 buat syarat rasa aje.. :)
10. Rasa masakan anda!! kalau terkurang terlebih boleh alter secukup rasa k.... 
11. tutup periuk dan biarkan daging masak empuk dan sebati dengan bahan campuran.
12. Kalau mama buat tadi, masak sampai kering, so, ikut cara masing2 la yer...

Selamat mencuba bagi yang ingin mencuba, hehhe :) Maaf kalau resipi ni tak kena dengan selera andaaaa, hehhe

Depan komputer and mengedit gambar kahwin (**dua tahun lepas)...huh fenin nak cari idea and nak pilih gambar hampir 2000 keping! @@ + nak kejar tempoh diskaun untuk printing custom album tuh kat snapfish.com, hehheh chaiyok2 :)

Snapfish.com tengah diskaun 50% untuk semua printing photobook, memang murah kalau nak compare kat kedai... kat snapfish tu sebenarnya boleh autofill je gambar, senang, tapi disebabkan nak gambar berbunga2, tu yang edit dulu tu kat photoshop...memang menguji kesabaran...

Alhamdulillah. Yeay! Buat pertama kali kami menerima tetamu kat rumah kecik kami ni. Pengarah dari Malaysian Student's Department (MSD) sendiri dengan family yang datang bertandang. Alhamdulillah, segalanya lancar. Aliya pon happy tengok ramai orang. Maklumlah, takde orang yang dia kenal kat sini...Kalau tak Mama, Papa jela yang dia kenal...

Thanks to Papa who prepared the foods (nasi lemak and sambal kicap). For me, Papa is good cooking the sambal bilis. Alhamdulillah. :) We really happy to see our new Malaysian's friends enjoyed our hospitality. Thanks for coming! :) Datanglah lagi...

InsyaAllah, kalau takde aral, kami pula yang akan sampai ke Chicago nanti, insyaAllah... :)

Sepetang di taman bunga

Seronok sangat tengok Aliya hari ni. Dua tiga hari ni hujan dan angin kuat, tak de peluang nak keluar g taman. Bila dapat keluar memang berlari-lari ke sana sini dia...Alhamdulillah..dia sihat dan aktif. Kesian tengok dia takde kawan, so, petang2 bila Papa balik kerja la ada peluang bawak dia keluar jalan2 naik beskal...Angin agak kuat jugak hari ni, tapi cuaca elok...Alhamdulillah.

Aliya's 4 favorite things to do

In her toddler age, she loves to try everything. She plays and communicates with her toys, or watches her favorite TV shows. She loves to being outside too. She runs and kicks the ball or even lands her body on the grass. Aliya, is my little explorer. Right before my eyes she become a 'big' girl. Alhamdulillah.

1. Aliya loves Spongebob cartoon so much, mmmm any kids does right?
2. Aliya likes to read book, and she always asking Mama & Papa to read books for her.
3. She likes the duck toy? No. hehhe Aliya loves bathing...she really loves to play with water.
4. What about the arrow?? hehhe It's significant to Aliya's no. 1 movie, UP.

Counting days

The clock is ticking and we can't wait for our vacation to Grand Canyon on this coming Friday. Alhamdulillah. Hope everything will goes well, insyaAllah, amin amin... Ya Allah, permudahkanlah segala perancangan kami. Hanya kepada-Mu kami memohon dan berserah, amin.

Strawberry pickers.

Salam to all. Exactly one year ago we went to Sanderson Gardens at Aurora to pluck-your-own strawberry field. Back to 2010, Aliya could not walk yet and Papa holding her by the snugger. But today, Aliya was so excited to pluck and pick the strawberries by herself and she did it very well... :) Alhamdulillah. Aliya enjoyed her time so much.

Wimbledon Championships 2011

Today is the second day of the tournament and many more days to go. Tennis is one of our favorite sport channel here. My support goes to Nadal! :)

Subhanallah, comel! I loves how she has created the character and how cute they are. It's not easy to draw and sketch using Photoshop, however it comes with talents and efforts. Ideas for the characters are more harder to create. She's so lucky to has all those qualities.

An evening at Coughlin Alumni Stadium, SDSU

This is our first time here although the stadium is only 5 minutes from our apartment. The weather was so good  and we cycled around the campus. It's really relaxing and Aliya enjoyed the outing so much.

I hope we can visit this stadium another time. I need to learn more how to shoot a best photo in stadium. Can anyone help me? I tried goggle-ing, I didn't get any tips though.

http://www.efooddepot.com/ is an online food store. We ordered foods like Milo, chili sauce, 'nasi impit', 'kuah kacang' and more Malaysian foods. I'm so happy to know this website, at least I can still taste Malaysian food in Brookings, SD, US..hehhe

Sioux Falls 2011 Hot Balloon Race!

This is our first experience seeing such a colorful hot balloons this close. We were so excited when we arrived Kenny Anderson Park, Sioux Falls as early as 6am. What a beautiful way to start the day! The event was started at 7am, an hour delay because of the weather condition. Alhamdulillah, the pilots made the day though.

We really had a good time there. It is worth to wake up at 4 this morning! Thanks to Papa for your efforts. Much of loves. :)

Foggy morning

I have uploaded this photo in my Photoblog. It is not really foggy in Brookings, but the weather is so cold for these couple days. We just staying at home with our blanket, hahaha except for Papa. He is really busy with planting work. Summer is the best time to grow his paddy. Good luck Papa! :)

Today's temp!

Alhamdulillah, the cold season ended. So, summer is here. The days are longest and the nights are shortest. Subuh seawal 3 pagi dan maghrib selambat 10 malam. This is our second summer at Brookings. It's time for outdoors!

Maaflah kalau penggunaan English yang kurang tepat untuk tulisan dalam blog ini, masih lagi belajar. Masih lagi konfius tentang penggunaan in/at/on, so dok search google, jumpa la webpage ni untuk learn basic English, so pelajaran English hari ni adalah pasal penggunaan  ( I'm + 'in/at/on' ):

Here are some examples:


"I'm in the shower"

Using the word 'at' helps tell someone where you currently are. The difference between 'at' and 'in' is that the physical location is general.

Here are some examples:

"I'm at the mall"
"I'm at the park"
"I'm at the airport" 

However, in some cases you can use 'at' and 'in' interchangeably.

Using the word 'on' is referring to a non physical location such as your time being utilized by something else.
